He brings more than 17 years of real estate experience specializing in business development and expansion.
Allison understands the power of creating strategic business development initiatives in order to diversify a company’s growth. He has the proven ability to manage and execute transactions and drive projects forward with attention to detail and meticulous organization. ”Chuck brings diversified knowledge in all facets of real estate along with strategic leadership experience to Turning Point Real Estate,” says Charles Seymour, Turning Point Real Estate’s President and Co-Owner. ”His strong background in business development, along with his ability to implement liquidation services and asset management programs, will be instrumental in generating millions to banks in new revenue.”
Having secured and managed reposed assets for financial institutions, Chuck was able to liquidate $30 million in real estate in an 18-month period. His thorough understanding of the complexities associated with managing both performing and non-performing bank owned real estate, enables him to interpret and recommend appropriate restructuring strategies including: liquidation, litigation, post charge-off recovery, and repossession of real estate portfolios related to problem loans.
